Nairobi born Arvinder Jabbal has been working in the Accountancy Profession since the late 1980's. After an early career which included working for a top 20 firm Hacker Young, he set up in practice as Jabbal & Co. The firm has concentrated in the small business sector and includes businesses ranging from traders to PR firms and Pharmacists. The internet age means that distance is no hinderance to servicing clients and the firm has clients throughout the United Kingdom as well as Ireland and also Overseas landlords. The firm also has several Solicitor Clients. Jabbal & Co changed it's name to Jabbal SMG Accountants Ltd in February 2014.

Ian started in taxation working for the Inland Revenue in Edinburgh before being transferred to a London City district. Moving on from the Inland Revenue, he worked with a top 20 practice, Moore Stephens, specialising in Development Land Tax, Lloyds Underwriters and Expatriate taxation matters. He then moved on to leading firm Ernst and Young where he spent 16 years as a manager before leaving to concentrate on his own business interests, which have included directorships of companies as diverse as construction, engineering, energy, and stockbroking. Ian is also a senior partner in Ian M. Forder, a Chelmsford based niche practice offering specialist taxation advice in all spheres on both a local and international level. Ian's partner is John Stephenson.

Svitlana, a Business Economics graduate from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine, started her career in the banking industry in Ukraine dealing with customer relations. Prior to getting into Accountancy, Svitlana ran a beauty salon, employing a team of three staff. Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English. Svitlana look’s after the book-keeping matters of a portfolio of clients including Payroll and VAT as well as office administration.
